End of Year Picnic and Hit-a-thon

12:30pm - Closing Ceremony and Awards
(12-year-old age outs, Majors and Minors first place, Mr. Little League, Volunteer Award, and year-end awards)

1:00pm - Picnic
Your board members will be grilling up Colby Dogs and burgers for all! We will be providing drinks as well!

Food donations are appreciated:
T-Ball: Desserts
Coach Pitch: Drinks
Minors: Plates/Napkins
Majors: Side dishes

1:00pm - Hit-a-thon
All players will get swings based on the number of donations (not dollar amount) they received during the online fundraiser.Points will be awarded based on where the ball is hit on the field.

Point zones will be adjusted for T-ball and Coach Pitch.

The fundraiser was a huge success, raising $14,713!!
Elks raised the most money and earned a pizza party!

The parents who shared the most, with over 120 shares and winning a one-night stay at the Woodstock Inn Brewery, were Matt Allen’s parents!!
